Trouble Downloading?

If Internet Explorer has blocked your download and you can see a yellow bar at the top of the browser, you must click the bar and then select "Download File ..." to start the download.

To play at JamPoker.com, you need to download our free poker software. If you are not familiar with how to download, please follow the simple steps below.

1. Click the download button above, the "File Download" dialog will appear,
      select "Save".

2. A "Save As" dialog box will appear. Select "Desktop" from the side toolbar (Shown at 1) or the "Save in" drop-down menu at the top. It is recommended not to change the file name. Now click the Save button (Shown at 2). This will save the JamPoker.com software installer to your Windows Desktop.

The download is 11.7 mB in size and should take less then 1 minute to download on a DSL/cable connection (or on a standard 56kbps modem, approximately 27 minutes).

3. Once the download is complete, you can find the file on your windows desktop called "JamPokerInstaller.exe". Double click the JamPokerInstaller.exe set-up icon on your desktop to start installation.

On some Windows XP computers, a security dialog box may appear when you launch the installation program. This dialog warns you against installing executable files (.exe) from software developers you do not trust. This protects you against accidental installation of viruses.

4. If you are sure you have clicked on the JamPokerInstaller.exe icon, you can proceed with the installation by pressing "Run".

5. Please follow the series of prompts to install the software on your computer.

5. After the installation is complete, a JamPoker software icon is placed on your desktop for easy access to our poker rooms. Double-click the icon to start playing at JamPoker!

EXTRA NOTES:. You can clean up your desktop by deleting the installation file, JamPokerInstaller.exe. Click once on the install file, then press the delete button on your keyboard, this will delete the install file and send it to the recycle bin.

Be careful you don't delete the JamPoker software icon; otherwise you won't be able to play!

1. Once you launch the JamPoker.com software, you will be presented with the “Create a New Account” page. Here you will have to fill in some information that we need to create and manage your account.

We will be using the "Basic Account" in this example.

This information is kept private and will never be shared with any third party company or organization.

At this stage, you will only be asked for the following information:

• A nickname (this is the name that will appear on your player box when you sit at the poker tables).
  
  
• A password and password confirmation, by re-typing the password (in case you typed it incorrectly).
  
  
• Your valid email address (required for account management).
  

Make sure you use a valid email address; otherwise you will not be able to manage your account.

Once you have checked the Terms And Conditions box, please click "Submit" to complete the creation of your JamPoker.com account.

Your login details will be emailed to your nominated email address. You should also write them down in a safe place.

2. You need to type your email and your password every time you wish to login to JamPoker.com, unless you select the "Remember my password" option. This is not recommended if you share your computer.

Press "LOGIN" to enter the JamPoker.com lobby and start playing poker!

Once you are connected and logged in, you will be presented with the lobby interface.

1. When you first arrive at the lobby, chose the type of game you wish to play using the tab options.

2. The quickest way to start playing poker is to double click on the table that suits your play style and your bankroll. Here is full list of all our games and stakes.

3. Select a game that matches your wallet balance, either play or real money.
Note: To play for real money you will need to make a deposit. Please read the FAQ for more information on deposits.

4. Double click or press the "Join Table" button to join the game!
